This is a fabulous job opportunity to come and work acclaimed Head Chef. Its a proactive role as it involves every aspect of hotel operations - breakfast pastries, jams, cookies, petit fours, afternoon teas plus a la carte desserts.
However it is also a fabulous opportunity to use local Jersey produce plus homegrown produce from the kitchen garden. You will be required to run the pastry section in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef, managing a team of two junior chefs.
Please note that THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL POSITION. We would like all applicants to be available for at least one complete year.

Critères indispensables
experience in minimum 3 rosette or 1 star Michelin establishment
